Elton Jay Garcia

Elton Jay Garcia "Jayson", 46, suddenly passed on April 24, 2022. He was born on October 1, 1975, in San Angelo, TX to Santos Juan Garcia and Rebecca Montez. He attended Winters High School. He was owner/operator of WTX Foam and Coating. He had simple hobbies such as fishing, golfing, and his most favorite was being around his family. Being a helping hand for anyone in need at any time of any day, being a hard worker because it seems like he enjoyed working and staying busy, and ultimately his love for his family and kids will be reasons he will never be forgotten. He'll always be remembered for many different things by many different people because you know he never met a stranger. He was always the life of the party and could make anyone's day, he always had a heart of gold and good intentions.

He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Martinez and her husband, Emilio Martinez and father, Santos Juan Garcia "S.J.". Jason is survived by his daughters, Tailor Garcia and Jaleigh Garcia (fiancé, Gavin Pena) of Ballinger, TX. Sons, Logan Garcia of Grand Bay, Alabama and Tyler Garcia of Mobile, Alabama. He is also survived by his siblings, Eva Montoya (husband, German), Mary Ellen Yero Porro (husband, Alfredo), J.R. Garcia (partner, Cayla Hoobler), Rene Garcia, Martin Martinez and Sandy Martinez Oswalt.

He leaves behind four young grandchildren as well, Grayson, Esme, and Hunter Willborn of the oldest, Tailor. Expected granddaughter, Zuelie Pena of second oldest, Jaleigh. Along with many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his son, Elton Jay Garcia Jr. "Baby J".

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April, 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM in First Baptist Church of Winters with Pastor David Pate officiating. Viewing will be on Thursday, April, 28, 2022.

Following the service, the burial will take place in Glen Cove Cemetery.
