Vicenta Garcia Norris, entered into eternal rest on February 23, 2023 at the age of 76. Her memories are left to be cherished by her mother Juanita Garcia; her children, Manuel Jr., Fabian, and Isaac all from Lubbock, Jo Annette from Lubbock, and Brianna from New Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her father Rev. Frank Garcia and her sister Helen Gallegos.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 26 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Monday, February 27 at 10:00 a.m. at El Buen Pastor Church 2821 East 5th Street Lubbock, TX with interment to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
