Sylvia Vasquez

Sylvia Vasquez passed from this life on November 16, 2024 at the age of 63.  She was the beloved wife of Natividad “Chuco” Vasquez. They shared 32 years building a beautiful family.  They enjoyed dancing together, spending time with their grandchildren.  Sylvia was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed cooking for her family.  She will be remembered for her endless love and support and her beautiful smile.  She always had her “bling bling.” Sylvia was a retired hairstylist and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Sylvia is survived by her husband Natividad “Chuco” Vasquez, her children Crystal Martinez, Neomi Aguirre, Christina Vasquez Dickerson, Samantha Rosales, Gregory Vasquez, and Chris Vasquez, her 20 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, her mother Amy Rivas, her sisters Becky Sauceda and Diane Gonzales, and her brothers Henry Sauceda, Steve Sauceda, and Pete Sauceda. She is preceded in death by her father Pedro Saucedo.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels, with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.
