Sarah Perez, a devoted mother, grandmother, and a guiding light to many, passed away on November 22, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born on March 7, 1943, and dedicated her life to nurturing those around her, leaving behind a legacy built on love and faith.
Sarah's career spanned several years, primarily in daycare, where she touched the lives of countless children. She later retired from XFab, part of Texas Instruments, a testament to her commitment to hard work and perseverance. Regardless of her level of education, she achieved so much throughout her life, including the remarkable accomplishments of raising her family.
A passionate reader of the Bible, Sarah found great joy in her faith, leading many to the Lord. Her love of God was one of the most significant legacies she left behind, inspiring those who knew her to cherish their spiritual journeys.
Sarah's heart was filled with love for her family. She cherished her two sons, Michael Perez and the late Paul Perez, and delighted in the joy brought by her numerous grandchildren: Michael Anthony Perez (Maegan Perez), Lesly Perez (Raul Arrioga), Matthew Perez (Ashley Perez), Lucinda Peacock (Travis Peacock), Jennifer Perez, and Angelica Krause (Aaron Krouse). Her love extended to her great-grandchildren—Aubrey, Kaliegh, Destani, Abigail, Michael, Maddie, and Elijah Perez, Nevaeh Perez, Ava Lee Perez, Briella Perez, Santino Perez, Paul Christian Perez, Alexa Garcia, Alyssa Garcia, and Arriana Garcia—each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Sarah's relationships extended beyond her immediate family. She was loved profoundly by her brother and sisters, whom she treasured deeply. Her bonds with relatives such as Pete Albiar (Adaline Albiar), Joe Albiar, Rosa Gonzalez from Austin, TX, Janie Galvillo (Tino Galvillo), and Lupe Reyna (Manuel Reyna) were cherished and meaningful.
Sarah is survived by her beloved children and grandchildren, who will carry forth her memory and values. She joins her late husband, Basilio Perez, as well as her parents, Timoteo and Josefa Albiar, and her sisters, Josie Perez and Dora Garza, in eternal rest. Her spirit and the love she showcased throughout her life will forever be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
