Rosa L. Garcia

Our beloved mother, grandmother and friend Rosa Leal Garcia left to be with her Heavenly Father on June 6, 2026, in Lubbock Texas.

She devoted her life to her faith and always giving of her time to others. She loved spending time with her best friend Shoshi. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Rosa was 85 years old born in Falls City, Texas.

She is survived by her children Mary Ann (Rick) Arocha from North Richland Hills TX, Cruz Meza, Juan (Estella) Pedroza, Patricia Flores and Chris Luera all from Lubbock, her loving sister Adelaida (Dell) Oyervidez from Lubbock, 19 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Juan and Guadalupe Garza Leal, her children Delia Pedroza and Robert (Bobby) Luera, her sisters Dominga, Guadalupe, Dionicia (Licha), Matilde, Janie and Theresa, and her brothers Domingo (Tono), Juan Jr., and Paul.
