Ricardo Ramirez

Ricardo "Ram" Ramirez passed from this life on May 25, 2022 at the age of 66. He was born January 21, 1956 in Lubbock, TX to Antonio and Ramona Ramirez. He shared 27 years with his wife Helen. Ricardo served in ROTC while attending Lubbock High School and joined the United States Army after graduation. He was a mason bricklayer and member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Ricardo enjoyed softball, golfing, football, and gambling at the casinos. He will be remembered for being the life of the party, and for spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Ricardo is survived by his wife Helen; his siblings Raymond Ramirez, Danny (Joann) Ramirez, Marie (Richard) St. Onge and Steven (Maria) Ramirez; his children Vicki Flores, Anthony (Josie) Ramirez, Destiny Ramirez,Allegra Ramirez, Efrain (Jeanette) Ramirez, Veronica Ramirez, Shere Olguin (Mando) Angelica Hernandez, Marissa Hernandez; 24 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
His parents Antonio and Ramona Ramirez, his brother Antonio Ramirez, Jr., and his sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Tomas Mata have preceded him in death.

Visitation will be held at Guajardo Funeral Chapels on Thursday, June 2 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. with the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Chrisian burial will be held Friday, June 3 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
