Reynaldo Quintanilla

Reynaldo Quintanilla, Sr. passed from this life on February 3, 2022 at the age of 69.  He was born January 7, 1953 in Tangerine Mercedes, TX to Pofirio and Elisa Quintanilla. On November 22, 1980 he married his wife, Maria, and they shared 41 years together.  Reynaldo was retired from the state school and a member of The Apostolic Assembly Church and organization.  He enjoyed preaching and teaching God’s word.  He will be remembered for sharing God with everyone he met, always putting God first, being a noble person, and having a big heart.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter Nohemi and her husband Luis Tenorio and their children Melanie, Bethany, and Elizabeth Tenorio; his son Reynaldo Quintanilla, Jr. and wife Daisy, and their children Gabriel, Nathaniel, Eli, and Levi Quintanilla; his daughter Ruth Quintanilla and her children Julian and Lilly Mendoza, his daughter Maria Quintanilla and her children Jaiden, Xzavian, and Izaiah Morin; his brothers Porfirio Quintanilla, Jr. (Marylou), Cesar Quintanilla, Sr. (Leti), and Isaias Quintanilla, Sr.(Alice); and his sisters Anna Hall (James Daniel) and Maricela Quintanilla.

Reynaldo is preceded in death by his parents, Pofirio and Elisa Quintanilla.

Honoring as pallbearers are: Reynaldo Quintanilla, Jr., Luis Tenorio, Cesar Quintanilla, Jr., Jonathon Elizardo, Philip Arreola, Julian Mendoza, and Sergio Regalado.

Visitation will be held from 3:00pm-9:00pm on Monday, February 7, 2022 and from 9:00am- 9:00pm on Tuesday, February 8 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, February 9 at New Life Apostolic Church in Lubbock.
