Renee Pena

Renee Pena passed from this life on December 25, 2021, at the age of 46. She was born May 29, 1975, in Lubbock, TX to Frank Pena and Emma Rodriguez. She married Adrian Lara and they shared 17 years together. A graduate of Frenship High School, Renee was employed at All Around Insulation and Fireplaces and worked as an installer. She was a member of Emmanuel Worship Center and LULAC. She enjoyed dancing, pictures, family, music and laughing. She will be remembered for her laughter, her kindness, her smile, her eyes, speaking highly of her lovely ladies and being a listening ear.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children Rudy and Rick Trevino, her husband Adrian Lara, her stepchildren Alexander, Angel, Abraham, and Malachi Lara, two grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Antonio and Irene Rodriguez, her mother, Emma Rodriguez, and her sister Sylvia Pena.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 7, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Iglesia Bautista Urbana Church 2207 Urbana Place with Minister Samuel and Irene Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow in the Anton Cemetery.
