Pedro M. Flores

Pedro Flores, 76, passed away August 5, 2020 in his home. He was born September 22, 1943 in Burlington, Texas to Guadalupe Molina and Miguel Flores. He married Josephine Flores in April of 1968 and shared 36 years together. Pedro was retired from Lubbock Mills and was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. He enjoyed watching the Washington Redskins, Texas Tech Football, western movies and playing with his grandchildren.

Pedro is survived by his children Elizabeth (Mark), Miguel (Ericka), Erica (Jesus); his grandchildren Erick, Xavier, Madison, Izaiah, Sebastian and Josiah; his sisters Alicia Chavira (Carlos), Antonia Cuevas (Jimmy), Maria Castillo (Paul), and Irene Mendoza; his brothers Porfirio (Esperanza), Juan (Adela), Margarito (Paula), and Manuel (Juanita); numerous nieces and nephews; and his companion Adela Arguelles.

Pedro is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Josephine Flores, two grandchildren Jorge Lozoya and Savannah Flores, and his brother Frank Flores.

The Holy Rosary will be prayed Thursday, August 6 at 7:00 p.m. at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 7 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with burial to follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
