Pablo “Animal” Zerrata, 58, of Lubbock, TX passed away on February 16, 2020, at home surrounded by family. He was born January 15, 1962 in Lubbock, TX to his parents Isidro Camacho Zerrata and Margarita Zavala Zerrata.
Pablo loved his family, but he loved his grandkids the most. He went to church every Sunday no matter what. He was the “Mechanic of the Arnett Benson." Pablo loved to BBQ and most of all loved to ride his Harley. He loved to spend time with his brothers and sisters, but loved his wife Corina more than life itself. He loved watching football especially when the Longhorns beat Tech. Pablo adored his mom and dad. He had the most contagious laugh that could brighten anyone’s day and was always the life of the party.
Survivors Include his wife Corina Limon; daughters Vanessa Mendoza (Adam), Crystal Garcia (Chez) & Sabrina (Harvey); sons Pablo (Danielle) and Gabriel (Leslie); his siblings Isidro, Erasmo, Phillip, Jaime, Dinora & Patricia. He had fourteen grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Isidro & Margarita (parents) B.J. Zavala (brother).
Services will be held Friday, February 21, 2020, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church at 2:00 p.m. with Father Jim McCartney officiating.
Interment will be at Peaceful Garden Memorial Park under the direction of Guajardo Funeral Chapels.
Viewing will be Wednesday, February 19, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, February 20, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friends and family are invited to pray the rosary at 7: 00 p.m. Thursday, February 20, 2020.
