Natividad M. (Martinez) Martinez

Natividad M. Martinez, Sr. was born in Mathis, TX on September 22, 1936 to Sabas and Florencia Martinez. He peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior on the morning of September 7, 2020 surrounded by his family. Natividad was 83 years old at the time of his passing. He married the love of his life, Margarita McHaney on January 5, 1965. Natividad was a member of the Pentecostals of Lubbock and loved the Lord with all his heart and soul. Natividad was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings. He is survived by his loving wife, Margarita Martinez, sons, Natividad Martinez, Jr. and his wife Rosalinda, Joe John Martinez and Arturo Martinez, five daughters; Corena Ruiz and her husband Jessie, Martha Martinez and her husband Jessie Garcia, Helen Martinez and her husband Luis Portillo, Rosemary Ruiz and her husband Julio and Melissa Nieves and her husband Beto, 24 grandchildren and 53 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 9 from 2-9pm and again on Thursday, Sept. 10 from 9am-9pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, Sept. 11 at Pentecostals of Lubbock, 1601 44th Street, Lubbock, TX 79412 beginning at 10:00am. Interment will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park, Woodrow, TX.
