Manuela Marin Rios

Manuela Marin Rios passed from this life on July 3, 2022 at the age of 83.  She was born June 17, 1939 in Floresville, TX to Prudencio and Juanita Marin.  She married Ruben Santos Rios in 1971 in Lubbock.  Manuela was a loving homemaker and member of the Catholic church.  She enjoyed spending time with family and watching novelas.

Manuela is survived by her children Albert Marin and Angelica Rios, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and her sisters Janie Valdez and Maria Marin. She is preceded in death by her parents Prudencio and Juanita Marin, her brothers Sabino Marin and Eufernio Marin, her sisters Francisca Garcia and Vicenta Miranda, her son Gilbert Marin and her daughter-in-law Norma Jean.

Visitation will be held from 3:00pm-9:00pm on Wednesday, July 6 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels with recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00pm. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, July 7 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Interment will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
