Louis Rodriguez

Louis Rodriguez, of New Home, TX, was born in Rio Hondo, TX on August 29, 1937, to Felipe and Concepsion Rodriguez who preceded him in death. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 7, 2020, at the age of 83 years. He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Julia Rodriguez (infant), Lupe Villarreal and Concepsion Rodriguez; and by five brothers, Claudio, Alveno, Felipe, Felix and Ruben. Louis leaves behind his loving wife of over 57 years, Modesta Velasquez Rodriguez; son, Michael Rodriguez (Mary); grandchildren, Damien, Chelsi, Michaela, Leeya, Julie and Delilah; one great grandchild, Brielle; sister, Julia Rodriguez; brothers, Juan Rodriguez (Petra) and Henry Rodriguez. Visitation will be held at Guajardo Funeral Chapels on Thursday, November 12 from 12-9pm, and again on Friday, November 13 from 9am-9pm. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 14 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels beginning at 2:00pm. Interment will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Woodrow, TX
