Leticia Gonzales Escobedo

Leticia R. Escobedo went to be with her Lord and Savior November 26, 2020 at the age of 45. She was born July 28, 1975 in Lubbock, TX to Guadalupe and Sylvia Gonzales. She graduated from Estacado High School and was employed at Drest by Scott Malouf where her creative talents were utilized in shipping, receiving, alterations, parties, and fashion events. Leticia was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed making jewelry, quilting, and scrapbooking. She will be remembered for her smile and dimples, being a helping hand, decorating and organizing events with family and friends.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother Sylvia A. Gonzales, her brother Gabriel E. Gonzales (Andrea), and her sister Elizema Gonzales.

She is preceded in death by her father Guadalupe D. Gonzales.Leticia was loved dearly and will be missed by Elijah, David, Jesse, aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Honoring Leticia as pallbearers are Elijah Alvarado, Richardo "Brownie" Paredez, Scott Malouf, Jose Molina, Danny Carrizales, and Joe John Escobedo.

Visitation will be held at Guajardo Funeral Chapels Tuesday, December 1 from 3-9 p.m. and Wednesday, December 2 from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. with the Holy Rosary prayer at 7:00 Thursday evening.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 3 at 9:30 a.m. at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
