Jose Perez-Bernal

Jose Angel Perez-Bernal passed from this life on March 14, 2022 at the age of 91. He was born October 1, 1930 to Julian and Juana Maria (Bernal) Perez. He married Cecilia Perez June 20, 1952, and they shared 70 years together. Jose was a retired farmer and truck driver who enjoyed being around livestock, horses, goats and sheep.

Jose is survived by his sons Joe (Enedelia) Perez and John Perez, his daughter Rosa (David) Tagle, and his grandchildren Anabelle, Noah, Isaac, Bella, Joshua, Daniel, and Bianca, and his great-grandchildren Joshua Jr., Alannah, Liam, Lillian, Johnathon, Xochimilko, Xiomara, and Ezekiel.

Jose is preceded in death by his wife Cecilia, his brothers Celestino Perez and Christino Perez, and his parents.

Visitation will be held from 3:00pm-9:00pm on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels with recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00pm.
Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
