Jose Eduardo Cervantes, 43, of Petersburg, Texas passed away January 30, 2020. He was born on August 26, 1976 to Pedro Cervantes and Felicitas Quintanar Gonzalez in Rio Bravo, Mexico.
He married Guadalupe Garcia and had four children. Jose worked as a janitor at Petersburg High School, and he was always willing to help out. Jose loved his children, music, cruising, and working hard to provide as a father.
Jose is survived his children Helena Cervantes, Jose Eduardo Cervnates Jr, Carlos Cervantes, and Anaiyah Garcia; his mother Felicitas Q. Gonzalez; his brother Pedro Cervantes; and his sisters: Maria Antonia Pennington and Maria Benita Hinojos
Services will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020, at 3:00 PM at the Primera Iglesia Bautista, with Reverend Alberto Rodrigez officiating. Interment will follow in the Petersburg Cemetery.
