Jose Luis Cardenas

Jose Luis Cardenas, Sr. was born in Lubbock, TX on March 27, 1966 to Francisco Cardenas and Maria Moreno. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 28, 2020 at the age of 54 years. Jose was preceded in death by his Dad, Antonio Moreno. He leaves behind his mother, Maria Moreno; children, Marie Cardenas (Derick), Marissa Cardenas (Vannah), Jose Luis Cardenas, Jr. and Carlos Cardenas (Shaylee); five grandchildren; seven sisters, Juanita Rivas (Luis), Martha Moncibaiz (Danny), Olivia Vasquez (Jack), Alice Moreno (Juan), Leticia Chavez (Jorge), Becky Trevino and Toni Moreno (Yvette); one brother, Frank Cardenas (Lisa); numerous nieces and nephews; his girlfriend, Patty Valdez; and his best friends, Tanner Davis and Andrew Sandoval.   Visitation will be held at Guajardo Funeral Chapels on Tuesday, March 31 from 9am-9pm and again on Wednesday, April 1 from 9am-9pm. PLEASE REMEMBER, ONLY TEN PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AT A TIME, INCLUDING STAFF MEMBERS.
