Jerry Middleton

Jerry Wayne Middleton passed from this life on February 24, 2022, at the age of 60. He was born December 10, 1961 in Slaton, TX to Harold and Reba Middleton. He enjoyed singing country & western music, bowling, and watching western movies. He will be remembered for his kind and loving heart. He is survived by his sisters Kay Cox, Frankie King, Cindy Cofield, and Tammy Cornwall.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 2 at 2:00 p.m. at Guajardo Funeral Chapels with interment to follow at Englewood Cemetery in Slaton, TX.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Cindy Cofield 6007 135th Street Lubbock, TX 79424.
God's Garden
God looked around his garden,

He then looked down upon the earth,
