Jermiah Almager

Jermiah "JerJer" Almager, born on August 15, 2005, in Levelland, Texas, passed away tragically on September 6, 2025, in Lubbock, Texas. His vibrant spirit, joyful nature, and ability to make those around him smile left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Jermiah graduated from Triumph High School, a milestone he held dear, alongside the pride he felt when he acquired his first motorcycle and later upgraded to a busa. His passions were as colorful as his personality: he enjoyed building with Legos, playing with his kitty cats, collecting Hot Wheels, gaming, and spending quality moments with his family. A free spirit full of life, he had a knack for making others laugh, bringing joy to even the simplest occasions.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Catherine Garza, and father, Miguel Almager Sr., his girlfriend, Aniyah Reyes, Jermiah was cherished by his siblings: Ryan Gutierrez, Angel (Faith), Anthony (Laney), Lexi, Mya, Neveah, Sophia, Olivia, Michael Almager, and Justin Garza. His loving grandmother, Arminda Minnie Almager, perpetuates the warmth of his family which he valued immensely.

He joins in eternal rest his beloved grandparents, Lonjino Almager Sr., Robert Jose Garza Sr. and Timmylee Zamora, alongside his uncle Josh Clewis. Though he is no longer with us, the profound memories and joyous experiences he shared will forever resonate in the hearts of his loved ones.

Family and friends are invited to honor Jermiah’s life with scheduled services that reflect his spirit. Visitation with family will take place on September 15, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Guajardo Funeral Chapels, located at 407 N University Ave, Lubbock, TX 79415. A funeral service will be held following the next day on September 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Church On The Rock - North Campus, located at 4501 Milwaukee Ave, Lubbock, TX 79424. The burial will take place shortly thereafter at the City of Lubbock Cemetery at 11:30 AM on the same day, at 2011 East 31st Street, Lubbock, TX 79404.

Jermiah Almager's memory will continue to be celebrated by all whose lives he touched with his lightheartedness, compassion, and love.
