Harold David Walls, age 64, passed from this life in La Porte, Texas on April 6, 2023, at home. He was the husband of Katherine G Walls. They married November 3, 1990, in Texas City, TX and shared 33 years together.
He was born August 1, 1958, in Danville, KY to Thomas A. Walls, Sr. and Rose Mary Walls. He worked at Slone Lumber Company as a driver for many years and later moved on to work for Wal-Mart before he became disabled.
He enjoyed watching his westerns, going fishing, attending dirt track races, flea markets and being with family. He will be remembered for cutting up with everyone, practical joking, playing cards, and making us all laugh.
He is survived by his spouse, Katherine G. Walls of La Porte, TX, his daughter Lea Ann Redd, also of La Porte, TX as well as his grandson Hayden Stout. He is also survived by his sisters Cheri Jones (Brian Reddick) and Michele Roberts (James DeHay). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and one uncle. He is also survived by Kelly Laufman (Steven Laufman), which he called daughter #2.
He is preceded in death by his father Thomas A. Walls Sr., his mother Rose Mary Walls and his brother Thomas A. Walls Jr. As well as preceded in death by all his grandparents.
Pallbearers are Verdalino Garcia, Jimmy Garcia, JR Palacios, Tony Walls, Brent Hoff and Hayden Stout. Honorary pallbearers are Frank Garcia and Steven Laufman.
