Felicita (Villarreal) Gonzales

Felicita Gonzales was born in Lubbock, TX on March 28, 1951 to Celestino and Paula Villarreal who precede her in death. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 6, 2020 at the age of 69 years. Felicita was also preceded in death by three sisters, Florentina Gonzalez, Mary Copeland and Josephine Ureste; and by three brothers, Benito Villarreal, Guadalupe Villarreal and Domingo Villarreal. She leaves behind her loving husband of over 41 years, Louis Gonzales; children, Barbara Mendez Salazar, Leopoldo Mendez, Jr. and Geina Mendez Harding; grandchildren, Bobbi and her husband Abel, Chase, Tiffany, Matthew, Allyson, Leopoldo III, Cassidy, Ethan, Trinity and Tristan; and by one sister, Juanita V. Wilborn. Visitation will be held at Guajardo Funeral Chapels on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 12-9pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 11, 2020 at 2:00pm in the City of Lubbock Cemetery. Pallbearers for Felicita will be Tony Pena, Joey Cerda, Domingo Villarreal, Eric Villarreal, Rick Villarreal, Raymond Villarreal, Gabriel Villarreal and James Copeland.
