Esperanza Cerna

Esperanza Tello Cerna passed from this life on March 4, 2023 at the age of 72. She was born August 4 1950 in Edingburg, TX to Pedro and Narcissa Tello. She married Ramon Cerna, Sr. on February 14 in Lubbock, TX, and they shared 38 years together. She enjoyed drawing and cooking. Esperanza is survived by her children Ramon, Jr., Velia, and Ricardo, 12 grandchildren, 29 grandchildren, great-great grandson Idris Montana Herrera, and her siblings Bertha, Elva, Enadelia, Adrian, Royale, and Eloy. She is preceded in death by her siblings Pete, Ricky T., and Ruben.
Pallbearers: Ramon Cerna III, Carlos Cerna, Gilbert Herrera, Jr., Ezequiel Herrera, Jeremiah Herrera, and Niko Neomiah Cerna.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 8 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.
