Elvira D. (De Lira) Vega

Elvira D. Vega 87, beloved mother, grandmother and friend to all was called to her eternal resting place on January 27, 2019. She was born on February 10, 1931 in Sinton, Texas to Silbiano and Elvira DeLira. Elvira was preceded in death by her son Robert G. Delgado, Sr., her brother, and four sisters. She is survived by her son Rafael (Linda) Delgado, three sisters Linda (Ruben) Alejandro, Lidia DeLira, and Ninfa Torres. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at The Family Worship Center 1620 13th Street Lubbock, Texas. Interment will be at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park Thursday, February 7 at 10:30 a.m.
