Eduardo Villarreal

Eduardo "Eddie" Villarreal passed from this life on September 29, 2022 at the age of 58. He was born December 26, 1963 in Brownfield, TX to Jose Servando and Odilia. He attended Dunbar-Struggs Schools and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He was a die-hard Longhorns fan, loved spending time with his family, and cooking. Eddie will be remembered for his mechanic work, cooking on his grill and his funny sense of humor.
He is survived by his children Veronica Villarreal, Eddie Villarreal Jr., and Carlos Villarreal; 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; his mother Odilia Villarreal; and his siblings Jose (Linda) Villarreal, Valerie (Robert) Villarreal, Ruben (Liza) Villarreal, and Margaret (Steve) Garcia. Eddie is preceded in death by his father Jose Servando Villarreal.
Pallbearers are Joshua Villarreal, Ruben Villarreal Jr., Noah Villarreal, Matthew Marmalejo, Edward Villarreal Jr., and Vincent Torres.
Visitation will be held from 3:00pm - 9:00pm on Monday, October 3 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, October 4 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Interment will follow at City of Lubbock Cemetery.
