Diapoldo Mandosa

Diapoldo Mendoza was born in Lamesa, TX on February 11, 1947 to Alberto Mendoza and Venita Maldonado who precede him in death. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 23, 2018 at the age of 71. Diapoldo was also preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. He leaves behind his loving companion of over 29 years, Angelita Gutierrez; children, Martin Mendoza (Erin), Sophie Rosales and Gloria Mendoza; his companions children, Estevan Gutierrez(Gloria) and Henry Gutierrez (Maria); sister, Angelita Lucero; brother, Francisco Amaro; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, his companions grandchildren, Eva Garcia, Henry Gutierrez, Jr. (Veronica), Alicia Dominguez (Freddy) and Angelica Gutierrez (Leonard), and his companions 8 great great-grandchildren Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 26 from 9am-9pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited beginning at 7pm, all at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 27 at 2:00 p.m at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Pallbearers for Diapoldo will be Rene Lopez, Rey Lopez, Pete Garcia, Lucas Mercado, Damyan Mercado and Jason Mercado; honorary pallbearers, Kris Gutierrez and Zorian Mercado.
