Delinda Hardaway

Delinda Hardaway passed from this life on May 17, 2022 at the age of 59. She was born August 22, 1963 in Lubbock, TX to Janie and Alejandro Campos. Delinda shared 20 years with her wife Sylvia Hurtado. She was a graduate of Estacado High School and a member of Bethel AME Church. Delinda enjoyed barbecuing, bubble shooting, and spending time playing with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her feisty spirit, big heart, her love for her family and giving her brother Raymond a hard time.

Delinda is survived by her spouse Sylvia, her children Adrian and Alan aka AJ, her stepchildren Junior, Brenda, Jaime, and Gary, her nieces Angel, Rosemarie, Jennifer, Savannah, Brandy, Crysta and Nicole, her nephews Chris, Thomas, Andrew, Michael, her 16 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother Janie, her father Alejandro, her sister Carmen and her niece Zoe.
Visitation will be held from 3:00pm- 9:00pm on Saturday, May 21 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. A second visitation will be held from 3:00pm-9:00pm on Sunday, May 22 with recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00pm at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00am on Monday, May 23 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.
Interment will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Woodrow, Texas.
