Crespin Rodriguez, born on October 25, 1944, in the loving town of Taylor, left this world on June 12, 2025, in Lubbock, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. Crespin was a man whose life was defined by his unwavering commitment to his loved ones; he put his family first always.

His humorous spirit, laced with a unique sense of sarcastic humor, brought joy to those around him. Crespin was known for his loyalty and the ease with which he could connect with people. A humble man, he never sought the spotlight, yet his remarkable ability to overcome any challenge placed before him stood as a beacon of inspiration to his family and friends. Crespin dedicated himself to hard work and was full of integrity, never shying away from the effort required to support those he cherished.

The great joys of Crespin's life came from the simple pleasures—he found peace and contentment in being outdoors and lending a helping hand to others. He was particularly proud of his role as a supportive father to his four daughters: Linda Rodriguez, Blanca Friachi, Sylvia Gutierrez, and Angelica Rodriguez. His love for them was boundless, manifesting in moments of laughter and shared experiences that will forever be etched in their memories.

Crespin leaves behind a legacy that extends to 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Each of them carries forward a piece of his spirit, reminding us all of the joy he brought into our lives. He is now reunited with his beloved Wife Dominga who he shared 60 years of love with, His mother and his three brothers, Modesto, Raymond, and Chilo, as well as three sisters, Margaret, Isabel, and Cruz, who have passed before him. They welcome him with open arms, creating a reunion filled with love and laughter.
