Consuela Elizondo

Consuela "Connie" Elizondo passed from this life on February 13, 2022 at the age of 73. She was born January 20, 1949 in Odem, Texas to Ramon Rodriguez and Feleciana Montez. On August 23, 1969, she married Alberto Elizondo in Littlefield, TX and they shared 52 years together. Connie worked at Texas Tech as a cook, and she was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. She was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, and cooking for everyone. She liked to listen to music and dance. Connie will be remembered for loving her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Alberto Elizondo; her daughter Martha Avalos; her sons Robert Elizondo and Michael Elizondo; 11 grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchild; a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ramon and Feleciana Rodriguez, her sisters Carol Rodriguez and Mary Culp, and her brothers Victor Rodriguez and Rudy Rodriguez.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 22 from 3-9 with the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 23.
