Cinnamon Garcia

Cinnamon Alyssa Garcia passed from this life on August 11, 2024 at the age of 32. She was born in Lubbock, Texas on August 9, 1992 to Lillian Flores Garcia and Jerry Garcia. She graduated Lubbock High School in 2009 and attended Kaplan College of Dentistry and graduated in 2018. Cinnamon shared seven years of life with her partner Bradly Ybarra. She adored her family and loved spending quality time with them. She enjoyed the simple things of life...long walks, music, dancing, movies, anime, crafting, red bulls, and family time. Cinnamon loved to take pictures there wasn’t a day where she didn’t have a camera in hand taking pictures of her loved ones, her kids, or herself. She will be remembered as a loving mother, a wonderful daughter, a caring sister, and an amazing friend. She had a special bond with each of her siblings and was a friend who you could always call on. She was a tia who would never leave anyone out. She will be forever loved and deeply missed.
Those who will continue to love her and cherish her memory are her spouse Bradly Aaron Ybarra, her daughters Leleah Lillian Poston and Daenerys Athena Ybarra, and her son Daedalus Salvador Ybarra. Cinnamon is survived by her mother Lillian Juanita Garcia and her father Jerry Garcia. Cinnamon is survived by her six siblings who will always miss,adore, and cherish their memories together her brothers Jerry Garcia his wife Chyane, Jeremiah Garcia, Eric Garcia, Jerel Garcia, Jeremy Garcia his partner Uriah Sosa, her only sister Catalina Garcia , and her partner Anna Guajardo. Cinnamon is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews Daniel Garcia,Aubrey Garcia, Jerrilyn Garcia, Kyndoll Garcia, Reina Garcia, Cayson Garcia, Jackee Garcia, Ebvony Garcia, Koa Garcia, Khali Garcia, and Callie Garcia.

Cinnamon is preceded in death by her grandfathers Joe Garcia and Daniel D. Flores  and her grandmothers Nancy Gamboa Garcia and Catalina Jiminez Flores.


Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 21 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, August 22 from 9:00 to 9:00 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Rosary will begin at 7:00pm on Thursday.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Interment will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
