Christopher Lee Salas

Christopher Lee Salas passed from this life on January 11, 2022 at the age of 41. He was born September 14, 1980 in Lubbock, Texas to Salustio Salas, Jr. and Olivia Salas. He was a graduate of Estacado High School and self-employed in the construction industry. He enjoyed basketball and volleyball with his family. Christopher will be remembered for his big heart. He was generous and forgave everyone who hurt him. He loved his four children dearly and would give the shirt off of his back to help anyone.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children Miranda Salas, Nathaniel Salas, Noah Salas, and Jayden Castillo.

Christopher is preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents Salustio Salas, Sr. and Maria Christina Salas, and Reynaldo and Dolores Mendoza, two uncles Martin Salas and Roland Mendoza, and his cousin Brandon Montoya.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 20 from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. with the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 21 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with burial to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
