Christine Alicia Gonzales

Christine Alicia Lopez Gonzales passed away in her home September 26, 2021, at the age of 55. She was born March 11, 1966, in Lubbock, TX to Adon and Dora Lopez. On June 30, 1982, she married Demetrio S. Gonzales and they shared 40 years together. Christine graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College with a degree in Criminal Justice and was employed by United Supermarkets in Slaton. She enjoyed reading the Bible, spending time with her family, and listening to music. She will be remembered for her beautiful soul. She was kind, loving, generous, and was always willing to help others.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Demetrio Gonzales; her daughter Celestine (Matthew) Knowlton of Fayetteville, NC and their children Dylan, Natalie, Erica, and Madison; her son Joshua Gonzales and his daughter Cassie Gonzales; her son Marcus Rice of Port Townsend, WA; and her daughter Theresa Gonzales.
Christine is preceded in death by her mother Dora Lopez.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Guajardo Funeral Chapels.
