Chris Garcia

Chris Garcia, 46, went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 19, 2020. He was born May 4, 1974 in Lubbock, Texas to Albert and Yolanda Garcia. After his graduation from Lubbock High School, Chris joined the United States Army. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. He enjoyed watching the 49ers and Red Raiders. He loved spending time with all his grandchildren. Chris will be remembered for how he would always go out of his way to help others. It was important to him to teach his grandchildren right from wrong.

Chris is survived by his children Chris, Amanda, Jasmia, Felix, Desiree, Albert and Xacier.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Lupe Rodriguez, and Albert and Josephine Garcia, and his uncle Roy Garcia.

Visitation service will be held Monday, September 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary being prayed at 7:00 that evening. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 29 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Deacon Joe Morin officiating with burial to follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Woodrow, Texas.
