Charles Wright

Mr. Charles G. Wright passed away on December 30, 2020. He was born on October 29, 1954 in Pecos, TX to his late parents John C. and Rita G. Wright. He was a quiet man of only a few words, but he loved his Sooners, his sports, and his WWE. He was an avid fan of college football as well. He worked hard his whole life and was a man who would give the shirt off his back to anyone. He had a big heart.
Survivors include his children Bobby, Wayne, Fabian, Edwin, and Carol Wright and Amanda Olivarez; many grandchildren; his siblings Luisa, Minnie, Ophra, Rachel, Sammy, Yolanda, John, Rebecca, Abraham, Joel, and Gable; along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister Ofasi.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 6 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels in Lubbock, TX. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 7 at the Seagraves Cemetery in Seagraves, TX.
