Celia Hernandez Ybarra

Celia Hernandez Ybarra, 90, was called to be with the Lord on April 11, 2020 at her home in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on February 1, 1930 in Lubbock, Texas to Domingo Hernandez and Clara Sotelo Hernandez.

She was a member of Christ the King Cathedral. She enjoyed crocheting, music and shopping. She will be remembered for her faith in the Lord and unconditional love for her family.

Celia is proceeded in death by her parents, Domingo and Clara; her sister, Ofelia; her son, David Ybarra; and her son, JoeLuis Ybarra.

She is survived by her brother, Eliseo Hernandez; sons, Charles Ybarra, Raul Ybarra, Robert Parra, Prisco Parra, Jr, Rudy Parra and Greg Parra; daughters, Paula De Larrosa and Olga Llamas; numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be scheduled at a later date.
