Carolina Polando (Polando) Garcia

Carolina Polando Garcia was born in Littlefield, TX on October 3, 1963 to Albert and Anita Polando, who preceded her in death. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 30, 2019 at the age of 56 years. Carolina was the eldest of eight children. She graduated in 1983 from Levelland High School and later from South Plains College. She married and started her family in 1986, and grew to be a devoted mother of three children, and lived as a loving grandmother of five grandchildren. Carolina retired from child care after more than 20 years of dedicated and enjoyed service. She will be missed so very much, especially for her contagious laugh, sense of humor and unforgettable anecdotes. We love you. Rest in peace, our beloved sister Curlys. Carolina leaves behind three children, Rafael Garcia, Antonio Garcia and Ann Alisia Garcia; five grandchildren; four sisters, Liza Cervantes, Marilyn Gonzales, Susan Polando, Lillie Polando and three brothers, Albert Polando, Adam Polando and Steve Polando. Visitation will be held at Guajardo Funeral Chapels on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 9am-9pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Friday, December 6, 2019 beginning at 10:00 am.
