Antonio Gutierrez

Antonio Gutierrez passed from this life on August 1, 2023 at the age of 69. He was born December 1, 1953 in Tahoka, Texas. He retired as a farm hand and enjoyed sitting outside and watering his grass. His favorite times were spent with his grandchildren. He loved washing his vehicles and watching car shows. Antonio will be remembered for his patience, his respectful tough love, slapping you for cussing, and calling his nieces "ugly".
Antonio is survived by his children Audrey Gutierrez and Andrea Gutierrez of Tahoka, Amanda Gutierrez of Lubbock, and Amy Gutierrez of San Antonio, 19 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sons Antonio Gutierrez, Jr. and Mack Garza.
Visitation will be held from 3:00pm-9:00pm on Thursday, August 3 at Guajardo Funeral Chapels with recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00pm.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Friday, August 4 at St. Jude Catholic Church in Tahoka, Texas.
Interment will follow at Nevels Cemetery.
